We expect every new owner to have their puppy examined by their own licensed vet within 48 hours of pickup. If the vet finds anything wrong, return the puppy and we replace it — no questions, no fine print.
If your puppy develops crippling hip dysplasia in its first two years — confirmed by x-rays from a licensed vet, the SV, or the OFA — we replace the puppy with one of equal value. We breed only from SV- or OFA-certified parents to make this rare.
Life changes. If you can no longer keep your Kaiser puppy at any age, we take them back. Right of first refusal lives with us — we'd rather rehome them ourselves than have one of our dogs end up in a shelter.
Every puppy goes home current on vaccinations and worming, with a complete health record. Temperament is observed and tested through 8 weeks. Both parents are health-tested for hips, elbows, and DM before breeding.
We don't stop at the handoff. Terri stays in touch with every Kaiser family for ongoing guidance on growth, nutrition, training, and any question you bring her — for the life of the dog.
